Training program for "mahalla bankers" concludes at SQB School

Today, a six-day training program organized for deputy heads of BXO/BXM (on government programs) and "mahalla bankers" was successfully completed at the SQB School learning space.

The program was organized in three groups, providing training to nearly 200 "mahalla bankers" from all regions of the country.

During the sessions, participants strengthened their knowledge and skills on the types of credit products, their terms and advantages, approaches to effective client engagement, current issues in the implementation of government programs, as well as exchanging practical experience.

As part of the program, the Bank's Artificial Intelligence Department organized a dedicated training session. During this session, participants explored the practical applications of a new AI system developed specifically for the "Mahalla Banker" project, the system's functionality was demonstrated, and prospects for its future development were discussed.

Such educational programs contribute to the development of employees' professional competencies, the integration of modern technologies into work processes, and further improvement of the quality of services provided to the Bank's clients.
