Youth potential and innovation - a priority direction

In an open dialogue with young people last year, the country's leadership emphasised that information technology and artificial intelligence are among the key drivers of future development, and that supporting youth in these fields is a priority.

To that end, Uzsanoatqurilishbank (SQB) is consistently expanding cooperation with higher-education institutions. In particular, a memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the bank and Turin Polytechnic University.

Within the partnership: joint projects in IT and artificial intelligence will be carried out; talented students will be involved in the bank's digital initiatives; students will be systematically engaged in practical work; and a talent pipeline of promising IT specialists will be formed.

The cooperation creates new opportunities for young people's professional growth and for acquiring modern knowledge and practical skills.
