Mahalla Bankiri

As part of SQB's digital platform, the "Mahalla Bankiri" module has been launched. It helps neighborhood (mahalla) bankers serve entrepreneurs with artificial intelligence and track their own performance.

The module analyzes an entrepreneur's business idea with AI - producing credit scoring, recommendations, and a ready business plan - and turns the analysis into a credit application within minutes. At the same time, each banker's work is evaluated in real time using plan/fact, engagement, and a 0-100 score.

The project's goal is to speed up the lending process, make decisions evidence-based, and transparently measure banker performance. The system is integrated with data for 200+ districts and neighborhoods (MFY), with oversight organized at the banker, republic-level, and regional-watcher tiers.
